Say what you need to say.  Say what you need to say.  Say what you need to say!  For reals.  The planetary movements of this moment are screaming for you to just get it out.  Just say it.  Just go outside of your comfort zone and share what you need to say.  It may be an apology.  It may be a confession.  It may be something that has been kept hidden and undisclosed, and turned into something that is actually a total non-truth, but because of the silence, stimulated by your own mental torturous self defeating chatter, it becomes something that just really isn't even close to reality.  I went through one of these recently, where my mind got the best of me and I went into defensive attack mode, because I lacked enough information and only based what I thought I was seeing on, I'm sure, past time projections and expectations for rejection.  I became all like, Oh so I guess you just don't like me anymore and so I will be all suspect and judgmental with you right back!  And after days of building tensions and being hyper sensitive to every move, expecting attack and disapproval, feeling totally sick to my tummy and with energy shrinkage, finally, I decided to say what I needed to say, and lo and behold, after the shit of the truth hit the fan, I come to find, I was still loved and it was all good.  What was happening was words were not being spoken and sensitivities were on high alert.  So everything that meant nothing was blown out of proportion and interpreted as "rejection", from both parties.  Finally, one of the parties (moi) backed down and decided to share a vulnerability and that move opened the other to get real and vulnerable and peace and mutual love were completely restored back to the point before the shut down of communications occurred.  Thank God, because me no like being an attack dog.  Just like I say at work because I work with a lot of Italians and you often hear the words "I will fuck you the fuck up".  Or, there is "I am Italian.  If you hit on my man, I WILL kill you."  (Love you  feisty TL!!)  So to get back to not needing to defend myself and fight another is always my preferred path in life. 

But there are advantages to misunderstandings in that the final sharing of honestly and vulnerabilities can really open you up to loving and appreciating the other person even more.  Kind of like how you let your house get so messy, but then when you finally clean it you are so satisfied and appreciative of how lovely it looks.  Kind of like how you go on a fast and then once you take your first bite of avocado or olives or whatever and each bite is so like oh my gosh this is the most amazing tasting food EVER.  So don't judge that disarray that you may be seeing or feeling because honest words have not been spoken yet, because when they do, you both will feel amazing and reborn.

This saying what you need to say, may also be that you need to get real with something you are not admitting to yourself.  You may be in denial over something, holding onto something that is just not working.  You may be stuck up in your mind thinking you totally got your shit together, when in reality you need to open to a new perspective that maybe what you are thinking is not for the best at this point in time.  Maybe you need to stop thinking you know everything and step back and just go into your heart and see where your feelings take you. 

We are all at a fault for taking in so much knowledge and wanting to learn all that we can, intellectually.  But that knowledge that is stored in our minds really is just a bunch of hoo haa that can't truly support us.  It is only the walking of things, the actual feeling of things that gains us wisdom into life and life situations.  Kind of like you can "get" what it means to live in Phoenix in the summers with 120 degree days, day after day, with no let up in the evenings...but until you are there and actually living it, you have NO idea.  Kind of like thinking about going on a fast, but then it is the actual walking of it where you really see how intense it can be.   That is me right now on my first day of a juice fast and all stoked beyond belief the past few days, but now I am starving and have a head ache and am like, really, do I really want to do this.   Kind of like reading about ascension and becoming a light body, but until you walk that journey, you have NO idea.  So my point, maybe you are thinking too much that you know what is best for you, but maybe just maybe you need to get out of your head and see where your feelings are wanting you to go.  Maybe you need to say what you need to say:  I have no idea what I need to do to feel better and safe in the world.  And boom, just like that, the admitting of the truth, will make you breathe a huge sigh of relief and let you off the hook of having to be so put together and on top of your game, when in truth, you need to let it all go and be humble and feel your way through the ruckus. 

So today we have a grande cross, which will then turn into a t-square after the moon moves out of its placement.  The party consists of Mars, Neptune, the North Node and the Moon.  And the Moon in Gemini sits in the hot seat of where this aspect will affect us all.  But this one screams for us to get real, to see through the illusion that is fooling us into believing something that is not accurate and it somehow ties in with others.  This one is like loving someone who does not love you back and finding the strength to face reality and let the addiction go.  This one is actually all about addictions whether to people, drugs, alcohol, relationships, thought patterns, ass backwards opinions, jobs, mannerisms and habits.  This one wants us to awaken to those things that are actually escape routes to living truly abundant and thriving lives.  And because all the planets involved are in mutable signs, this will be something that we would rather avoid and deny.  So this is a planetary opportunity to get real.

Things change.  And we are in some of the quickest changing times of our lives. My gosh its almost May of 2012!!  But my message right now is to hold on to this very moment as long as you can, to love fully every person who sees your heart in this moment now, to appreciate every slow moving moment that carries you into the next, to laugh with your friends and to feel how much your life is expanded because of them, to lay with your animals and smile as you feel how lucky you are to have each other, to breathe deeply and savor the miracle of every step of your life.  Because, it is always changing.  Things you love now can be gone completely in a years time. So the inspiration for that intro was the New Moon that we will have occurring on April 21st in the wee hours of the morning.  The Sun and Moon will be conjunct, touching the same position at almost 2 degrees Taurus and they will be making a lovely trine to Mars, who just resumed forward motion in Virgo.  Also as the Moon progresses forward throughout the day it will touch first the Black Moon and then Jupiter.  This will make us very aware of our emotions pertaining to love and satisfaction with life.  Mars will be focusing on the emotions that come into play for us individually and then Jupiter will really do an amplification of the whole situation.  This is why I say love them while you have them.  Hopefully you will be loving in the present and not the past, pining away at opportunities lost.   Those past feelings can certainly find their way to your consciousness at this time, but you would be better off trusting that all past occurrences happened just as they should have with no regrets and no feelings of missed opportunities.  Who knows, you may cross paths again someday in your future, so don't put any emphasis in the past relating to sadness and disappointments.  If you are stuck in the past and can't focus on the present and what is presenting itself to you NOW, then at least put the dreams and wishes into the future, because future emphasis is at least better than past focus, but they both are escape routes to living in the now.  And if you focus on all the happiness or love you will ONE DAY have in the future then you will be sad and lonely in the present, and in the future you will look back to the now that is the present with regret at letting it all  slip away.  Be here now.  Pay attention to what is on your path now.  Dream of better days, but be happy for what you have now.
