Lori here, thoughts for today are on meditation, to take in a more sacred ritual
of meditation by incorporating the four elements , time and intention....
 
First pick a time that is comfortable for you to fit in your day, not when  you know you are going to sleep in in the morning or go to sleep at night...make  it a time you can stick to daily....
Now prepare your space
make it comfortable and calming,
comfort for sitting with the back straight or lying down
peaceful with soothing colors, candle, music...
Now we will incorporate      Air = your breathing
                                             Earth = pc wood, some dirt, rock
                                            Water= a bowl of water, so you may touch
                                            Fire= candle flame, incense
 
Now in the order I gave you above you will enter your meditation with purpose,
intention of joing the majikal energies, Air, Earth, Water and Fire
Meditate
for 10-15 mins
Now to exit this ritual it will be in the opposite order
                                Air
                                Fire
                                Water
                               Earth

practice for several weeks....then we will begin to incorporate
sacred geometry and sound with different mghz...............more
